CRIMORA- Earl Harper Brown 79,of Crimora,died at 1;35 p.m. Monday(Dec.13,1993) in Avante Nursing Home.
He was born March 13,1914,in Augusta County, a son of Robert Samuel Brown and Fannie Lillian (McDaniel) Brown.
He retired from Basic Witz Furniture Co. in 1974 with more than 40 years of service.He was a member of Blue Ridge Chapel Church of the Brethren.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Survivors include two daughters,one son Ralph
Brown of Waynesboro;12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Riverview Cemetery by the Rev. Earl Hammer.
Pallbearers will be Russell Brown,Melvin Almarode,Charles Brown,Ricky,Dale and Gary Bryant,Gene Brown and Steven Craig.
The family will receive friends at the home of his son Ralph,Windsor Apts. No.4, There will no be formal visitation at the funeral home,but friends may view the body.
