He is preceeded in death by his mother, Hazel Turner Pickering and father & step-mother Willis & Beatrice (Sansocie) Pickering, a brother & sister-in-law, Earl & Betty Pickering.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Pickering, a son, Jerry Pickering, Riverton, Ks., three daughters, Linda Baker, Pamela Anderson and Jayne Bewley, all of Tulsa; 3 brothers, Alfred Pickering(wife) June, Arkansas, Jack Pickering (wife) Lucy, Virginia and Harvey Pickering, Kansas; 3 sisters, Helen Northrop, Florida, Marian Taylor and JoAnne Corder (husband) Don, both of Baxter Springs, Ks.; 10 grand children; a aunt Ruth Kirkpatrick and uncle Lee Turner.
