Choate, Olive, 97, formerly of La Habra, died on Feb. 15, 2011. Visitation from 9-10 am with service at 10:00 am on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011 at Memory Garden Memorial Park and Mortuary. Survived by her daughter, Sharon Mekic; sister, Alta Choate; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward; daughter, Joan Hansen; and son, Ned Choate Jr. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
