BATON ROUGE, La. -- Edward Williamson, 67, died Thursday at home.
The Oak Park native was a retired foreman with Baton Rouge Water Works and a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II. He was a member of Riveroaks Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, Baker Lodge 441, F&AM and Baton Rouge Scottish Rite and a charter member of Acacia Shrine Temple.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Irma Lou Riles Williamson of Baton Rouge; three daughters, Mrs. Bo Simpson of Baker, La., Mrs. Sonny Yarbrough of Greenville, S.C., and Ms. Donna Leibenguth of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor W. Phillips and Ms. Pat Williamson, both of Oak Park; four brothers, G.B. and Bennie Williamson, both of Oak Park, Aubrey Williamson of Vidalia and Bobby Williamson of Baker; and six grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. today at Rabenorst Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Baker.
Remembrances: Riveroaks Baptist Church or Capitol Home Hospice of Baton Rouge.

A cenotaph has been placed in the Solomon Williamson Family Cemetery near Oak Park, Georgia.
