MAPLEWOOD--Mrs. Anton Babler, age 51, after being ill for a year following a serious operation, died at her home here last Sunday at 5 o'clock..
Mrs Babler was born July 29, 1876, in Forestville township, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Bretl Sr. who survive. Two daughters, Helen and Adeline, at home; five sons, Clarence and Tony Jr., Green Bay; Raymond, Frank, and Alyous, at home; and two brothers, Mike, of Forestville, and Joseph, of Pembine, Wisconsin, also survive, as well as Mrs. Babler's husband. Mrs. Babler was married September 27, 1899, at Algoma, and has always been a resident of this township. She was a member of the St. Mary's church and of the Christian Mothers' confraternity which took part in the funeral held here Wednesday morning at 9: 30 o'clock with the Rev. Max Oswald officiating..

Pallbearers were Clem, Raymond, Tony, Frank, and Alphonse Babler, and George Bretl..
