He later was united in marriage to LILLIAN PENNYCUFF, April 1, 1932. He professed a hope in Christ and joined United Baptist Church at Armathwaite, Tenn., on September 26, 1935, and lived a faithful life until the Lord called him home on February 5, 1957. He leaves his wife and six sisters and three brothers, WILLIAM and ELMER of Armathwaite, Tenn., ROY of Nashville, Tenn., Mrs. MARGARET BUCK, Mrs. ARTIE VOILES, of Armathwaite, Mrs. CARRIE BOW, of Indiantown, Florida, Mrs. AUDIE VOILES, of Shirley, Tenn., and Mrs. FLOY CROSS, of Jamestown, Mrs. MAUDIE TOMPKINS of Dayton, Ohio and many relatives and friends and neighbors to mourn his departure.
