Kenneth Wayne "Bill" TALBOTT, 52, Elkhart, died at 2:50 a.m. Sunday in Elkhart. Mr. Talbott was born May 1, 1928 to Maurice and Helen WELLER TALBOTT. He was married July 5, 1952 to Marjorie HEDL, who survives. He was retired from Armco and Burton Plumbing Co., because of ill health. Surviving with the wife are his mother, Mrs. Helen IRVIN, Rochester; two sisters, Mrs. Carl (Lois) MILLER, Rochester, and Mrs. Eugene (Joan) RIFFLE, Lake Station; four brothers, James [TALBOTT], Glen Rock, Pa.; Jerry [TALBOTT], Rochester Ronald [TALBOTT], Lexington, Ohio, and Doyne [TALBOTT], Baltimore, Md.; sixteen nieces and nephews, and twelve great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers. There will be no funeral services and the body will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to the Heart Fund.
