Lillian attended Krok Grade School. On March 2, 1946 she married John H. Seidl. He preceded her in death on March 14, 2004.
She was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Carlton. She was a quiet and unassuming women whose love was always given unconditionally. Her children knew when it was Saturday night, everyone had to have their Sunday School Lesson done in preperation for Sunday morning service.
She spent most of her life farming alongside her husband the last fifty years in Krok. As any farmer can tell you, the days were long and the work was hard, but we never heard mother complain. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and visiting. When the children were still small, she planted a big pickle patch so the kids could have new clothes when school started in the fall. She often talked about when her dad farmed with horses and could even remember when electricity came to her childhood home in East Krok.

Suggested edit: Hi. Lillian is listed in the incorrect cemetery. According to her obituary she is buried in cemetery #89182; St. Peter Lutheran Church is listed in Stangelville, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, USA. I will be going back to Kewaunee County to get more of the TESS family members graves that I didn't find last weekend. I haven't looked if her husband John is also listed at the incorrect cemetery. Thanks for correcting the location. Carole Vierck Miller
