Death of Mrs. Fannie Tabor Yesterday Morning.
Mrs. Fannie Tabor, whose recent illness has been mentioned in these columns died at 6 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Maggie Compton, on Stuart Street. She had been ill for some weeks, and several days ago it became apparent that she could not recover. A hemorrhage of the lungs was the immediate cause of her death. She was aged not quite fifty years, having been born on the 4th day of February, 1857. She was the daughter of John W. Johnson, of Falls Mills, who survived her, and the widow of George C. Tabor, who preceded her to the grave by some nineteen years. Four of her eight children were gathered around her bedside when the end came. [Also siblings...] Mrs. W.E. Shufflebarger, Mrs. Compton, Miss Ella Johnson and ...Tabor. She was a consistent member of the Christian Church. The remains will be taken to Falls Mills, where interment will be made today.
