Obituary from the Parkersburg News, November 25, 1972 - Funeral services will be conducted today at 3 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home in Clarksburg for Bernal Jones of Clarksburg, who died in a Wheeling hospital following a brief illness Wednesday morning. Interment will be in a Weston cemetery. He was the son of the late William R. Jones and Sadie Barry Jones and is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lois Kirkpatrick of Clarksburg and Mrs. Lara Jones Springston of Alma, NY; one brother, Harold Jones in Arizona; and several cousins, Mrs. Nellie Miller, Mrs. Bessie McKitrick and Mrs. Helen Allen all of Parkersburg; Mrs. Lena Smith of Marietta and Mrs. Merle Rowley of Williamstown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Mary Jo Jones.
