UTS class of 1924. Major in the US Army Air Corp. Charming and funny, engaging and endearing. Regarded by family as a bit of a mooch - tagged along on his younger brother John's 1947 New York honeymoon!. Later lived in New York City for many years where he wrote books and articles. He moved to Florida in later years and wrote for a local paper in Flagler Beach. Taken care of in his declining years (cancer and Alzheimer's) by Libby Peurifoy who was his fiance in the war years. They remained fast friends throughout their lives and neither ever married. Died and cremated in Florida, ashes returned to Toronto.
