Albert Jackson Corbin, 81, of Vero Beach Fla, and a former Spfld. resident, died at 10:30 pm Fri. Dec 25, 1970, in a hospital in Vero Beach, FL. He was born July 22, 1889 in Rising Sun, Ind. the son of Bassett and Mary Vanosdol Corbin. He retired 13 years ago from the New York Central Railroad where he had been a conductor for 40 years. Services will be held at 1 pm Tuesday in Vero Beach with burial to follow there. Survivors include his wife Grace Miller Corbin, of Vero Beach; two sons. Lee M. of Spfld and Jack of San Diego CA; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Dodds of Cincinnati; two brothers, Amos of Spfld., George of Gallipolis; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Walker and Mrs. Emma Drury, both of Michigan; six grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
