Mrs. Katherine Walter Dies
Following an extended illness, Mrs. Katherine M. Walter passed away yesterday at her home in Lodi. She was a native of Russia, aged 63 years, and had come to the United States 48 years ago, locating in Lodi 28 years ago.
She is survived by her husband, Jacob H. Walter, and two sons and a daughter, Mrs. Martha C. Kepford of Lodi, Mrs. Esther K. Bansmer of Lodi and Edward D. Walter of Lodi. She is also survived by a brother, Henry Schaffer of Omaha, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be announced later by Wells Funeral Home.

Funeral Today for Katherine Walter
Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Walter who passed away Sunday at her home in Lodi will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the German Baptist church under the direction of Wells Funeral Home. Officiating at the services will be Rev. G.E. Lohr and Rev. J.F. Huenegardt. Interment will be in the Lodi cemetery.
