ADA GLADFELTER, widow of Howard O. Gladfelter, died at her home in Hanover Junction on May 3, 1953, following an illness of four weeks.
Her age was 74 years, 4 months, 18 days.
Faithful member of Zion (Shaffer's) church, she was a member of an old Lutheran Kessler family which has greatly added to the strength of our church.
Surviving are a son, Wilbur Gladfelter; a grandchild, Mrs. Betty Allison; 2 great grandchildren; two sisters, Hattie Senft and Laura Gladfelter, and two brothers, Bert and John Kessler.
Her funeral was held at Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Her body was laid to rest in Shaffer's cemetery.
