Beverly J. Abbott, of 4734 Route 305, passed away Tuesday March 27, 2018 at St. Luke's Health Services in Oswego, surrounded by her loving family. Beverly was born on January 21, 1931, in Wellsville, and was a daughter of Alfred and Alice Edwards Knowles. On December 5, 1950, she married her husband of 41 years, Richard D. Abbott, who predeceased her on March 1, 1992.
Beverly worked at Cuba Central School for many years. She was an active member of the Cuba First Baptist Church. Beverly loved to sew, embroider and do crafts, but she especially loved to bake for her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
Along with her loving husband, Beverly was predeceased by four siblings.
