Jeanie was the 2nd youngest daughter of Robert & Sarah Hodge. Her date of birth is mentioned on the death index. She married William Wylie 12 August 1909 at the London Road Congrational Church in Chelmsford. They had at least 2 children:- Walter 1915-1916 and Jean 1917 who married a Geoffrey Duckworth. Geoffrey 1917-1998 has a listing on Find A Grave but I am not sure where Jean's remains were interred.

Her cremated remains were strewn on the Right Hand Border Rose Bed in the Garden of Remembrance - Wylie, Jeanie Smith 1875 - 1970 In piam memoriam *Scottish Thistle
