Fred Caldwell Phillips age 82 of Lenoir City passed away January 31, 2020.
Fred was a proud veteran of the U. S. Navy.
He enjoyed the outdoors and woodworking.
Preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Gertrude Phillips and 11 siblings.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Jessica Phillips; grandson, Kevin Phillips Jr.; son, Fred Anderson Phillips; former spouse, Nina Phillips; many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Family and friends will gather at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5th at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Governor John Sevier Highway, Knoxville, 37920 for graveside services.
Military honors will be conferred by the East Tennessee State Veterans Honor Guard.
