My Grandfather (Pops), Lloyd Dilts Brown was born on Dec. 21, 1886 in Creekside, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, the son of John Alexander Brown(1842-1922) and Malinda Ann Dilts Brown(1847-1916.
He was one of 10 children; Charles C., Sarah Estella, James, Maude E., Francis McKee, William S., Mary, John Cummings and Alexander.
He married Edna Mae Burns(1889-1964) 31 March 1909 in Apollo Burough, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania where they would have four sons together, John Francis(1909-1937, Lloyd Dilts jr.(1911-1991) Baby Boy Brown, he lived only one day (1912-1912) and Kenneth L.(1917-2002).
About 1918 the family moved from Apollo Burough, to Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio where two more sons were born in Cleveland, James Nelson(1920-2008) and Tom Lee(1927-2013)).
Lloyd Sr. died on June 16, 1966 and is buried next to his beloved wife Edna at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio 44070
