John Stack
John Stack, resident at St. Joseph's home, died there at 5:50 o'clock last night.
Mr Stack was born in Peoria December 28, 1865, and was a retired farmer.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Anna Mahoney, Chicago, two brothers, B.M. Stack, Chicago, and Martin Stack, El Paso, and serveral nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 o'clock Saturday morning at the Winzeler undertaking parlors and at 9 o'clock at Sacred Heart church. Burial will be in St Mary's cemetery in El Paso, Ill. Friends may call at Winzeler's after 4o'clock tomorrow afternoon.

Passed Away in Peoria
Last Week

As was stated in the Journal last week, John S. Stack died Tuesday June 1, following a few days illness of heart trouble. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 5 from the Sacred Heart church in Peoria and Interment was in St. Mary's cemetery at El Paso. Six nephews served as pallbearers.
Mr. Stack was born in East Peoria, December 27, 1865, the son of John and Winifred Stack. When a child he moved with his parents to this vicinity. He is survived by one sister, Mrs Anna Mahoney of Chicago and two brothers, B. M. Stack of Chicago and Martin Stack of El Paso. Besides the parents two brothers and three sisters have preceded him in death.
Among those who attended the funeral were B.M. Stack, Mrs Anna Mahoney, Chicago; Mr and Mrs William Keenan, Mr and Mrs Emmett Keenan, Mrs Margaret Smith and daughter and James Fulton, Peoria.
