Pauline "Polly" Armstrong, 78, of Cooper Road-Crawford Nursing Home, a homemaker, died of heart failure Monday at Rankin Medical Center in Brandon.
Services are 1 p.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl with burial in New Hebron Cemetery in New Hebron. Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Armstrong was a Lawrence County-New Hebron native and moved to the Jackson area in 1955 from New Hebron. She was a member of Griffith Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sons, Elmer Armstrong of Pelahatchie and Jerry Armstrong of Richland; brothers, Eual Berry of Panama City, Fla., Spurgeon Berry of Terry and Joe Berry of New Hebron; sisters, Ina Hibdon of Olivehurst, Calif., Virginia Brabhm of Liberty, Esther Thomhill of McComb and Ellen Sills of Pearl; and six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
