After graduating from Stamford High, my mom attended the University of Texas. She graduated in 1942 with a Bachelor's Degree. While my father was serving in the Army, she was teaching. After raising their children, she returned to work as a dietitian at a nursing home in Abilene, Texas. She along with my dad enjoyed spoiling their grandchildren. Love and Miss you Mama.
