Services for Mrs. Ella Nora Doscher, 80, of Ewing, who died Friday (Aug 2, 1968) at 6:25 p. m. in Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., will be held Monday at 2 p. m. in the Ewing Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jack Blohm officiaiting. Burial will be in the Ewing Cemetery. Mrs. Doscher was born in Lewis County, Mo., Oct. 7, 1887, a daughter of Stephen A. and Ella Nora Duncan Gruber. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She was married to Earl Willis Doscher Dec. 24, 1908 in Lewistown. He died in 1965. Surviving are three sons, Willis, Oren and Earl W. Doscher Jr., all of Ewing; a daughter, Mrs. Jim (Pearl) Phillips of Chilhowee, Mo.; a brother, Ben Gruber of Valley Spring, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Josie Cruickshank of Brush, Colo., and Mrs. Pearl Emery of San Diego, Calif., and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs. Leland (Agnes) Martin; two brothers and four sisters.
