Sophia was a daughter of Jacob and Ann Myers. She was the wife of Samuel Baker who died in 1877. Samuel & Sophia were the parents of: William, Katy, Mary, Annette Teresa, Lucinda and Henora. Sophia married 2nd to Henry Drier Sr. They were the parents of Henry Jr. and Elizabeth.

Death of Mrs. Drier.
The death of Mrs. Sophie Drier, occurred at the home of her daughter Mrs. C. J. Vincenzio in Yuba City, New Year's Day, 1910.
Death was the result of long years of suffering.
Deceased was a native of Wisconsin, and had reached the age of 64 years and 3 days.
She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Ann Myers, one of the pioneers of Colusa County. She leaves to mourn her death, three daughters, Mrs. Henry G. Stinson, Mrs. C. J. Vincenzio of Yuba City and Mrs. C. J. Murphy of Hammonton. Besides these she leaves a number of grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Kate Roche of Colusa and Mrs. Stephen Baker of Sycamore.
The funeral will take place from the Catholic church in Colusa Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock, interment will be in the Catholic cemetery where rests many members of her family who have preceded her to that "Great Beyond."
The family have the sympathy of their host of friends in their bereavement.
