Born April 23, 1881, in Franklin Township, all of her life was spent in Waynesburg. She was the daughter of the late Elisha and Margaret Zook Lippencott. Her late husband, Harry A. Crayne died in 1962.
She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Otis (Leona) Henderson of Sparks, Nevada and Mrs. George (Lillian) Lippencott of Waynesburg R. D. 1; three sons, Paul O. of Waynesburg R. D. 2, Donald L. of Baltimore, Md. and Herbert of Waynesburg R. D. 1.
Ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive along with three brothers, Guy Lippencott of Waynesburg, Tom Lippencott of Waynesburg and Ben Lippencott of Washington. Four brothers are deceased.
She was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church at Ruff Creek and was a long-time member of the Greene County Independent Grange.
