Lillian Crayne Lippencott, 87, of Waynesburg, died at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2010, in Baum's Personal Care Home, Waynesburg.

She was born Tuesday, August 21, 1923, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Harry A. and Nettie J. Lippencott Crayne.

Mrs. Lippencott was a member of Oakview United Methodist Church in Waynesburg, where she enjoyed baking and cooking for various church functions. She was a memer of Waynesburg Senior Citizens, and she enjoyed quilting and crocheting.

She worked several years for G. C. Murphy Co. in the ofice, retiring in 1950, and was a homemaker.

Her husband, George E. Lippencott, whom she married May 25, 1946, died June 16, 2004.

Surviving are a daughter and husband, Deborah L. and Randy Loveday of Waynesburg; a son and wife, Ronald G. and Patty Lippencott of Waynesburg; four grandchildren, Heather E. Gawne, Courtney N. Huffman, Nathan A. Lippencott and Kristi M. Keith; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul A. Crayne of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a daughter, Linda Sue Lippencott; a sister, Leona Henderson; and two brothers, Donald Crayne and Herbert Crayne.
