Keyser - Arthur Bennett Blackburn, 46, of Mineral Street, died Friday night while at work in a local restaurant. He had been ill of the flu in recent weeks.

Born at Elk Garden he was a son of the late James M. and Fannie (Barracks) Blackburn.

Surviving are two sons, Charles W. Blackburn, Grenier, N. H., and Arthur B Blackburn Jr., Chevy Chase, Md.; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Harper, Hagerstown; four brothers, Howard Blackburn, Westernport; Fred and Gilbert Blackburn both of Piedmont, and Cecil Blackburn, of Virginia, and two grandchildren.

The body will be at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, this afternoon and services will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p. m. by Rev. Robert M. Campbell, pastor of Piedmont Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
