Mrs. Lena Goodhew Dies At Home of Daughter
Mrs. Lena Goodhew, 72, 2007 Clark street, died at 8:40 last night at
the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Koenig, South Bend, Ind., following an
illness of some months. Mrs. Goodhew had been visiting her daughter for the past
six weeks. The body will be brought to Manitowoc tonight.
Funeral services have not been arranged as yet.
The deceased, nee Lena Luecker, was born in Manitowoc county. Her husband
preceded her in death about five years ago.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Frank Koenig and Mrs. Ben Koenig, both of
South Bend; a son, Howard of Manitowoc,and three brothers, George of Port
Washington and Jake and Fred of Brillion.
