ROBERT M. JETZER , 87, of Tampa died Saturday. A native of Sheboygan, Wis., he moved to Tampa 34 years ago. He owned a bicycle shop, was an Army veteran and member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette; two sons, Richard of Wisconsin and Bobby of Bowling Green; two daughters, Mary Feustel of Sheboygan and JoAnn Fernandez of Tampa; a sister, Olivia Nye of Milwaukee; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
