Graveside services for Mr. Willard Gilbert Gentry Jr. “Junior”, 71, of Jacksonville, will be Friday, December 11th, 2020, 12:00 p.m., at Oxford Memorial Gardens, with Bro. David Daniels officiating. The family will welcome friends, 10:00 a.m., at Gray Brown Service Funeral Home. Mr. Gentry was born on July 7th 1949 in Anniston, AL and passed away on December 6th 2020 at RMC of Anniston, AL.

He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Hammett and her husband Bill, Darlene Turner and her

husband Kenny; brothers, Danny Gentry and his wife Kathy, Billy Gentry and his wife Sissy, Johnny Gentry and his wife Georgette; sister-in-laws, Jaunita Gentry and Theresia Gentry; nephews, Billy Hammett, Scott Gentry, Hunter Gentry; nieces, Reva Clendenning, Phyllis Allen, Donna Gray, Rose Turner, Anita Gentry, Kim Montgomery, Danielle Gentry, Holly Gentry, Sherry Hallman, Cristy Braden, Stacey Morales, Tiffany Salster, Olivia Gentry, Taylor Gentry, Sharon Turner, including numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Gentry is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Gentry and Evie Saffold Gentry; sisters, Rita Fay Gentry, Brenda Gail Gentry; brothers, Gilbert Gentry, Sam Gentry, Frankie Gentry; grandparents, William and Elizabeth Hughes Saffold, Samuel and Emily McClain Gentry.

Pallbearers will be Scott Gentry, Josh Gentry, Hunter Gentry, Jordan Turner, Caleb Burt, and Damien Drury.

Junior was a huge Alabama Football fan. Roll Tide! Some of his many hobbies were hunting and fishing. He also was a member of Jacksonville Church of God. Willard was a kind and loving brother and uncle. He loved everyone he came across and never met a stranger.
