Betty Slusher Age 95.
On December 3rd, 2021 Betty Slusher Bagley beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully at home. She was 95. Betty was a lifelong home maker, who devoted herself to her family. She and Gene raised their six children in Murray, Utah. Then later retired to Panguitch, Utah where she started a business named Ruthies which she loved. She also, loved nature and the great outdoors as well, as music and dancing. She was known to her family, and friends for being a great advisor. Not to mention, for putting a smile on your face.

Betty was always welcoming to visitors, and loved to decorate for the holidays. Her home was a masterpiece of each event.

She also enjoyed trips to Wendover where she would frequently toast with a glass of champagne. She and Gene also, loved to take trips and visited the Oregon Coast regularly.

Betty was born on November 25th, 1926 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jackson D. Slusher and Katie Josephine Slusher. Betty Married Gene T. Bagley on December 28th, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah, who preceded her in death on September 24th, 1998.

Also preceded in death Claudia Hodges (daughter) and Kevin Bagley (son). Parents, siblings, son-in-law, and great grandson.

Betty is survived by her children Linda Bagley, Karen Swanger, Craig Bagley (W.Terry Bagley) and Leslie Hall (H. Clifford Hall). She also has 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

It is hard to put into words the feelings about a woman who raised, and cared for her family because she loved them so much. We love her dearly, and life without her will never quite be the same.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 8th, at 1:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery - 3401 S. Highland Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah 84106. A visitation service will be held on Tuesday, December 7th, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.) Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121.

In lieu of Flowers - please make a donation to a charity for children or animals which held a special place in her heart.
