Mary Elizabeth Armstrong, age 84, of Marietta, Georgia passed away January 31, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Mike Woods officiating.

Mary Beth was a native of Knoxville, TN and had lived in Cobb County area for 55 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs, loved Tennessee Football, loved spending time with her family and especially watching her grandchildren sporting events. She retired from Cobb County School as a Bus Driver.

Survivors include: son: Greg (Susan) Armstrong of Powder Springs, GA; grandson: Chase (Kelly) Armstrong of Dallas, GA; granddaughter: Dana (Zach) Groover of Marietta, GA; great-grandsons: Aiden A. Armstrong and Eli T. Groover.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Beth Armstrong's memory to First Baptist Church of Powder Springs.
