Cruze,Mrs.Hazel Burkhart, age 86, of Knoxville, died Saturday Nov.30,1991 at Hillhaven Nursing Home, Jefferson City. Preceded in death by husband Lloyd B.(sic)Cruze, member of the Mount Harmony Baptist Church. Survivors: son and daughter in law John and Dixie Cruze, Knoxville, daughters and sons in law Dorothy and Elmer Carter, Nashville, Doris and Joe Murray, Mascot, Mary Beth and Bob Armstrong, Marietta,Georgia; nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sisters Mrs. Pauline Miller, Knoxville, Mrs. Ruth Armstrong, Kingston, Etta of Kentucky, brother Lafe Burkhart, Knoxville. Funeral service 11 am Monday, McCarty Chapel, Rev. David Acres officiating, interment Asbury Cemetery, grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements by McCarty Mortuary
