Dies at Age 53
Mrs. Elmina M. Groninger
53, of 125 Seybold St., died at
4 p.m. Monday at Methodist
Hospital, Indianapolis. She had,
been ill for the past month.
Born in Delphi on Nov. 19,
1910, she was. the daughter of
Harry and Ada Beaver Stout
Her marriage Aug. 18, 1927, in
this city was to Clarence E.
Groninger.
Survivors are the husband
two sons, Thomas, 1500 Miles St.,
and Terry, 514 Heath St.
five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy
Garrison of Delphi, Mrs. Jean
Shephard of 919 W. Miami Ave.
Mrs. Betty Johnston of route 5
Mrs. Mary Ann Ropp of 141
Chicago St., and Nancy, a
home.
Also surviving are her moth-
er, Mrs. Ada Rush, of 311 Wil
kinson St.; a brother, Mahlon
Stout of 700 State St. and 21
grandchildren.
