Dorothy Garrison, of West Lafayette, formerly of Delphi, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at her residence.
She was born on March 29, 1928 in Logansport to the late Clarence and Elmina Stout Groninger. She married Julian K. Garrison Sr. on Sept 17, 1959 in Delphi and he preceded her on Sept. 18, 1997. She was also preceded by five sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by sons, Bill Spicer (Martha), Julian Ken Garrison, Jr., Johnnie Garrison (Molly) and Harold Garrison (Jane); daughters, Julie Garrison, Freda Draper, Connie Wehner (Frank), Wanda Buck (Mike), Helen Slifer and Nella Kent; sisters, Nancy Grable (Ron) and Jean Shepard; 56 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; 15 nieces and nephews and 23 great nieces and nephews.
