Mrs. Rosa A. Dulak, age 69 of Route 1, Elm Mott, died Monday in West Rest Haven.
Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Aderhold Chapel. Requiem Mass was held Wednesday in St. Martin's Catholic Church, Tours, with Rev. Isadore Rozycki officiating, burial in St. Martin's Cemetery.
Survivors: Her husband, Joe Dulak of El Mott; seven step-children; four brothers, Eugene Cocek of West, Bob Cocek of LaMarque, John Cocek of Tours, Manuel Cocek of Pasadena, Cal.; three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Halamik, Mary Haidusek, both of West, and Hattie Gerik of Waco.
The family requests that memorials be made in the form of donations to the West Rest Haven.
