Margaret bought a plot for four graves. She is buried there with dau-in-law Rose, grandson (and infant son of Rose and Dustin), Amos Allen Bridges. Daughter Sarah "Sadie" Knight is believed to be buried in the plot.

Civil War, Union, 23rd Missouri Regiment, Co D, Infantry.

Has upright marble military stone in the old unplatted portion of cemetery, on left of entrance.

Note: Can be confused with Allen W. Bridges, whose spouse was also named Margaret, who also lived in Polk Co. MO. in same timeframe.
