Frank was a mechanic and a farmer. Frank and Eunice lived in Kansas at the time of the 1900 US Census. Sometime after they they moved to the San Luis Valley in Colorado and farmed near Frank's brother John W. McConnel. They sold that land in 1908 and took up land southwest of Pueblo, CO.
By 1913 Frank and Eunice were living in Pueblo, where Frank was a clerk for Colorado Supply Co. In 1930 Frank lived with his son Samuel in Pueblo; Eunice had apparently passed away.
