Princess. Marie Louise de France, daughter of King Louis XV of France and his wife Queen Marie Leszczynska, was born at the Palace of Versailles. She was raised at Versailles with her older twin sisters and her younger brothers Louis, the Dauphin of France, and Philippe, the Duke of Anjou, as well as her baby sister Adélaïde. In February of 1733, she caught a cold. Her doctor administered emetics and bled the child. The little princess died at the Palace of Versailles and was buried at the Royal Basilica of Saint-Denis.
