LELAND E. GARRIGAN

Leland E. Garrigan, 75, of 714A York St., Manitowoc, died Saturday morning in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Harvey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Garrigan was born April 7, 1902, in Engels, Mich., son of the late Thomas and Carlinda Garrigan. He was World War I veteran, serving in the U.S. Army from 1921 to 1924. Mr. Garrigan had been employed with Manitowoc Engineering Co., retiring in 1969. He was a member of VFW Baracks No. 2565 of Manitowoc.
Survivors include two sons, John of Manitowoc and Gary of Milwaukee; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Betty) Smith and Mrs. John (Bonnie) Weston of Manitowoc and Mrs. Roland (Wava) Grosshuesch of Algoma; two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Elaine Garrigan and Mrs. Bonnie Garrigan of Manitowoc; two brothers, Gervase of Lena, Wis., and Harold of Menasha; a sister, Mrs. Lloyd (Calla) Olson of Manitowoc; 34 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Two sons, Richard and Jimmie, two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon and Tuesday until the time of service.
