She was born Jan. 19, 1923, in Altoona, the daughter of Percy H. and Grace (Orr) Closson Sr. She married Paul L. Kimberlin on Feb. 5, 1949, in Altoona. He died July 7, 1991.
Mrs. Kimberlin was a member of Little River United Methodist Church.
She was a 1942 graduate of Altoona High School.
Mrs. Kimberlin was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two sons: Gary L. of Waynesboro and David Allan of Houston, Texas; three sisters: Edna Smith of Imler, Helen Berg of Duncansville RD and Dorothy Raber of Duncansville; seven brothers: Carl and Charles, both of Duncansville, Percy Jr. of Huntingdon, John of East Aurora, N.Y., Thomas of Farmington, Ark., George of Altoona and Kenneth of Roaring Spring; and three grandchildren.
There will be no public viewing. Arrangements by Daniel R. Myers Funeral Home.
