North Whitefield --- Mrs. Margaret A. Hickey, 74, died suddenly at her home at Keyes Corner, North Whitefield. She was born December 13, 1876, at Whitefield, daughter of Timothy and Sarah (Flannagan) McGrath and was a lifelong resident of the town.

She leaves six sons, Joseph W. Hickey, South Portland; John E. Hickey and Jerome A Hickey, Whitefield; William J. Hickey, Gardiner; Fred Hickey, Whitefield, and Maurice D. Hickey, Cumberland; three daughters, Mrs. Leland A. Bailey, Pittston, Mrs. Richard G. Watson, Portland, and Mrs. Timothy G. Crean, Pittston; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; four brothers, Richard McGrath, Gardiner; William and John McGrath of Lynn, Mass., and Fred McGrath of Lee, N.H.; two sisters, Miss Elizabeth McGrath, Gardiner and Miss Mary McGrath, Lynn, Mass.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be said at 9 o'clock, Tuesday morning from St. Denis Catholic Church, Whitefield. Friends may call at the late home, North Whitefield. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, North Whitefield.
