Survivors include her husband, William Spurgeon Smith; three daughters,

Mrs. Harry (Betty) Nolf of Duncannon and
Mrs. Edgar (Dorothy) Kunselman of New Bethlehem RD 2;

three sons,
William Clarence of New Bethlehem RD 3,

John Earl of New Bethlehem RD 1;

She was preceded in death by one son,
Leo Ray Smith, and a brother, Clifton Sherry.

Mom was a great cook, she made the best ever dandelion, she did beautiful crocheting and made some beautiful quilts that are cherished by her family. She taught herself how to play the piano and loved to play for her own enjoyment. She took me for piano lessons and we'd often sit on the piano bench and I'd play and we'd sing hymns together.
