Friendship-- Mrs. Fred Hamilton, 87, a resident of the town of Richfield, Adams County, died at 4:45 p.m. Thursday at the Friendship Rest Home of the complications of advanced age. She had been a patient there for three months.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Roseberry Funeral Home, the Rev. Mr. Fisher of Westfield officiating, with burial in the Richfield Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home begining this afternoon.
The former Elizabeth Mae Tennant was born in the town of Coloma, Waushara County, March 18, 1878, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Newton Tennant. In 1896 she married Fred Hamilton who preceded her in death in 1944.
Surviving are three sons, Warren Hamilton, Wisconsin Rapids; Ned Hamilton, Coloma, and Verne Hamilton, Beloit; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Payne, Coloma, and Mrs. Ann Lyons, Oelwein, Iowa. There are 18 grandchildren.
A son, a daughter, two stepsons and a stepdaughter preceded her in death.
