George McShane Dies Here at 65

George F. McShane, 65, former advertising director of The True Voice for 21 years, died Sunday of a heart attack at his home, 4168 California Street.

For the last three years Mr. McShane had been advertising director of The Douglas County Legionnaire.

He had been active in the American Legion since his service in France during World War I.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline M.; daughter, Mrs. Robert D. Mullin, Omaha; two brothers, James H. of Miles City, Mont., and Thomas S. of Omaha, and three sisters, Alice M. McShane and Elizabeth M. McShane, both of Omaha, and Mother Catherine McShane, R.S.C.J., San Diego College for Women, San Diego, Cal.

Services 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the John A. Gentleman Mortuary and at 9 a.m. at the St. Cecilia Cathedral. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
