Robert C. McShane Dies; Was Long Ill

Robert C. McShane, 39, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James H. McShane, died of uremic poisoning Tuesday night at an Omaha hospital after an illness of several months. He returned recently from California, where he had spent the past 12 years in the construction business.

His father, a pioneer railway and telegraph builder, died in 1917.

Mr. McShane is survived by his wife, Lucille McMillan McShane; five sisters, Margaret, Mary, Alice and Elizabeth, all of Omaha, and Mother Catherine McShane, San Francisco, Cal. ; and six brothers, A. J. , E. C, T. S. and G. F. McShane, all of Omaha; L. F. McShane, Seattle, Wash., and James H. McShane, Miles City, Mont.

Funeral services will be held Friday from the residence of the brother, E. C. McShane, 430 South Fortieth street, at 8:30 a.m., to St. Cecilia's cathedral at 9. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre cemetery. The John A. Gentleman mortuary is in charge.
