Ms. McMillan was a native of Star City, Ind. and daughter of the late Chester Purdy and Lena King Purdy.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd McMillan; two sons, Terry Horn of Piper City, Ill. and Lloyd McMillan of Franklin; one daughter, Joyce Lopez of Franklin; three grandsons, four granddaughters, two great granddaughters, several nieces and nephews.
