Henry Lansley was the son of William Lansley and Sarah nee Shoyer. He was born in Itchen Stoke Hampshire in 1851 and Baptized in the parish church on 25 December 1851. He married Fanny Burden in 1881 in Itchen Stoke Hampshire. He worked as a farm Labourer and the family later moved to the nearby village of Easton where they lived at Manor Farm Cottages. Henry died in 1911 and was buried at St Mary's Easton Hampshire.
