Fanny was born in Nursling Southampton in 1857. She was the daughter of Charles and Maria Burden. Fanny was Baptized in Nursling on 16 May 1858. She married Henry Lansley in Itchen Stoke Hampshire in 1881. She outlived her husband and later lived at 54 St Johns Street, Winchester. She died in 1940 at the age of 82 and was buried with her husband Henry in Easton Churchyard.
