" O. GLADE STAHLMAN SUCCUMBS AT AGE 77
O. Glade Stahlman, 77, of 715 W. Front St., a former employe of Oilwell Division of U.S. Steel Corp., died at 1:40 am Saturday in Oil City Hospital. He was born at East Branch February 21, 1900, a son of Charles Clinton and Mary Ellen Copenhaver Stahlman. At one time, he worked for the City Hotel here. Later, he worked as a coremaker at Oilwell. He was a member of the Good Hope Lutheran Church. His wife, the former Emma Helena Ziegler, died April 13, 1970. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Mary) Brzezinski of Oil City, and five grandchildren. Friends may call any time at the Charles A. Morrison Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. F. LeRoy Sarver, pastor of Good Hope Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens."
