MAPES - In Canandaigua, August 2, 1944, Mrs. Frank Mapes of Middlesex, 60.

Mrs. Frank Mapes - Mrs. Mary Jane of Middlesex, 60, died in Canandaigua, Wednesday, August 2, 1944. She moved to Middlesex with her family from Syracuse a few years ago.

She is survived by her husband Frank Mapes,
son Charles Mapes of Montana, a daughter, Mrs. S. F. Johnson of Akron, Ohio, four grand children, five sisters, Mrs. J. C. Hoblit of Clarion, Pa., Mrs. F. T. Watson, Mrs. Albert Huling of the same city, Mrs. Harry
Geer and Mrs. S. S. Graybill of Oil
City, Pa., five brothers, M. G. Stahlman, O. G. Stahlman, Roy and Donald all of Oil City and C. A. of Middlesex and half-brother Ed Dean of Akron, Ohio.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Allison Childs pastor of Middlesex Methodist Church from the home.
